Why was The Alliance of Hormonal Health founded? The Alliance was founded by YaShaun Ball, a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP), National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Hormone & Performance Coach. Early in her career coaching single mothers, YaShaun realized a devastating pattern: women were burning out because they were living on a 24-hour cycle designed for men. After struggling with her own chronic pain, postpartum challenges, and debilitating body flares, YaShaun discovered that doctors often didn't listen to her words—but they did listen to her data tracker. Cycle syncing wasn't enough; she needed a way to translate her symptoms into medical advocacy. That realization led to the creation of the Body Symptom-Based Healing Method™—a self-advocacy tool designed to help women listen to their bodies, find routines that actually work, and demand the care they deserve in medical settings.

Who writes the curriculum for your coaches? Our master curriculum is developed by a powerhouse team of experienced medical professionals, women’s health practitioners, NBC-HWCs, board-certified holistic health practitioners, and herbalists. Our co-authors(scholars) volunteer their time to write the curriculum because they believe in the mission of whole body care through clinical and holistic education. Scholars are paid through curriculum research projects. We are a certifying board for aspiring practitioners; our curriculum also follows the strict educational guidelines of the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching-approved program (approval in progress) and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP - pending approval).

Who approves the curriculum and ensures it is safe? Our curriculum bridges the gap between modern medicine and traditional healing, overseen by our Co-Founders: Dr. Carter (Chief of Clinical Education & Director of the Medical Division): Dr. Carter ensures our students and clients receive highly credible, science-backed education. She fiercely believes that clinical interventions and holistic practices must work together to achieve functional, whole-body care. Carmen (Chief of Learning & Board-Certified Herbalist): Carmen serves as the lead student mentor. She guides aspiring practitioners from their baseline understanding of the body through our advanced holistic and herbal curriculum, ensuring every coach knows how to safely and effectively assist their clients. The Nurse Committee: We actively accept qualifying nurses to audit our curriculum and advocate for women’s health. We created this board because many nurses and medical professionals want to build private holistic practices, but fear losing their medical licenses to unvetted "online courses." Women's hormonal health is historically understudied in traditional nursing programs. Furthermore, Medical Doctors and nurses are actively seeking to hire holistic practitioners they can trust to provide safe, whole-body care without malpractice risks. Our Nurse Committee ensures our education is elite, safe, and serves as our first step toward providing official Continuing Education (CE) certification with the national nursing board. If you are a nurse or medical professional interested in the nurse committee, please email ‘nusrecommittee@bcsbhealing.com”

Why do you collect tracking data from clients? The Alliance of Hormonal Health is not just a coaching service; we are a certifying board dedicated to elevating the standard of women's healthcare. We collect anonymized data to ensure our curriculum reflects the lived experiences of the women of today. Working with active clients allows us to continuously audit our curriculum, build real-world case studies, and train the next generation of Board-Certified Practitioners to treat the whole human.

Do you offer a referral program? Yes! We believe in earning while you heal. We offer an Affiliate Program that pays a starting rate of $150 per paid, enrolled referral. Here are the refined, professional answers to those final three questions. I have polished the wording to maintain your empowering tone while keeping those strict medical and financial boundaries crystal clear.

What is the Body Symptom-Based Healing Method? It is our proprietary framework that stops asking you to "remember" or "guess" how you feel. Instead, it teaches you to track your daily physical and emotional symptoms across your infradian rhythm (your menstrual cycle). By mapping these patterns, you and your coach can pinpoint exactly what your body needs in each phase, turning your daily symptoms into actionable lifestyle shifts and valid medical data you can take to your doctor.

Am I always required to share my data? No. We offer specific, heavily discounted "Case Study" programs specifically designed for data collection to help train our students. However, we also offer private, standard-rate programs that are strictly for your personal use. For those programs, we only rely on voluntary feedback and testimonials to improve our services.

Do you only work with women? While our foundational curriculum is fiercely dedicated to women's hormonal health, we are an inclusive organization. We welcome transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals navigating hormonal transitions or gynecological care. Additionally, men have reached out wanting to understand their own biological rhythms, as well as programs to help them better support their partners. We ask for grace as we learn from our community and actively develop new programming to meet these unique, expanding needs. If you have a specific program request, we want to hear from you! Are your programs covered by HSA/FSA or health insurance? Yes, we have an active NPI number and are happy to complete the necessary forms to assist with your HSA/FSA or insurance claims. We can provide a detailed invoice of the total amount billed for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, based on your plan's policies. Please note: If you use our third-party financing partners for payment plans, additional documentation may be needed by your insurance. We cannot guarantee that third-party lenders will be able to provide those specific extra details

Do you use AI to write your curriculum? No, our curriculum and programs are strictly written by human experts. We do, however, utilize professional, highly secure AI tools to assist with production—such as formatting, deep research organization, video generation, and slide deck creation. To protect our integrity and your privacy, we exclusively use enterprise AI platforms that do not train on or sell our data. We protect our educational standards from fake AI generation by requiring our authors to provide raw brain dumps, utilize peer-reviewed research, and rely on credible sources, such as their own clinical experiences and academic training. Our authors generously volunteer their time to write the curriculum itself, while they are compensated for the specific client programs and digital products they produce.
