Puberty Support
THE INFRADIAN YOUTH & MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Empowering Girls. Equipping Parents.
Equip your daughter with body literacy, cycle mastery, self-advocacy skills, and confidence through evidence-informed education and mentorship by
Dr. Carter & her Certified Practitioners.
We developed this program based on what we wish we had as young girls, as mothers for our daughters, and to help fathers who are navigating the world with young daughters and want to offer her more.
